I have experience in the translation of food labels, product data sheets, menus, recipes as well as correspondence with suppliers and customers.
Food and its preparation, especially organic farming and healthy eating, are topics that are very important to me. During and after my studies, I did several stints of volunteer work on organic farms in Ireland (Co. Mayo), France (Alpes-Maritimes) and Italy (Basilicata).
Having children has further increased my interest in cooking and nutrition and has led me to delve deeper into the topic and gain knowledge in the areas of food chemistry, food law and food production, too.
